Using the BodiTrak App

1 Room number
This is a protection mechanism that identifies which data port the system is currently using. All system data is recorded at the data port and transmitted to the tablet via a wireless signal.

2 Settings
Here you enter patient-specific data and set the alarm volume and sensitivity. You also select the data port, adjust the exit alarm settings and log out of the system here.

3 Pressure scale
Customisable default values are preset. Warmer colours such as red, orange and yellow represent higher pressure loads and cooler colours such as white, blue and green represent lower pressure loads.

4 Live pressure measurement view
Provides real-time, continuous pressure monitoring that allows you to quickly identify areas of high risk and ensure proper relief and optimised repositioning.

5 Risk
Helps caregivers quickly understand where the patient’s skin may be at greatest risk for pressure injury.

6 Gradient
Indicates potential tissue trauma due to high shear forces.

7 2D or 3D
Here you select the view. 2D is the default setting.

8 Turning Timer
Records the time until the patient needs to be turned. When the patient needs to be turned, an audible alarm sounds and/or a text message is sent.

9 Mute
Silences the alarm.

10 Reset
resets the time until the next recording.
